羅茨風機收到后安裝時有什么技巧?調試調整設備是需要注意什么?

羅茨風機安裝技巧與調整

  1、電源線安裝問題

  在給羅茨風機接線時,應當符合風機的額定工作電壓,使用的是380V的電壓,不得接成220V的工作電壓。電線也不得接反,接反之后,風機就會出現反轉的情況,如果在試運行時風機轉向不對,一定進行排查,如果排查不出來,接裝上管道之后,設備就會短時間內出現損壞。如:我們曾有一位客戶就是因為電線接反,試運行沒有檢測出來,導致風機在運行了10分鐘左右就出現了嚴重的損壞。

  2、安裝平臺問題

  一般來說,羅茨風機應當安裝于高于地面之上的平臺上,但是需要根據實際情況而定,有些小型號的羅茨風機不需要進行固定,而有些型號的羅茨風機必須進行加裝固定,置于室內的羅茨風機,我們建議根據實際情況安裝,可安裝在平臺上面也可以安裝在地面上面。而置于外界的羅茨風機,我們建議安裝于平臺上面,安置于平臺上能有效的避免一些外界侵蝕。

  3、安裝時的海拔問題

  如果我們有兩處分廠,兩處的海拔懸殊較大,則兩者之間的羅茨風機不得進行互換使用,海拔不同,同一型號的羅茨風機不能互相替用。在羅茨風機選型的時候,我們也需要根據海拔來確定羅茨風機的型號,確保能夠正常使用。

  4、安裝時的開關問題

  一般來說,開關不得遠離設備,設備遠離我們之后,一旦出現故障,控制起來不方便,故障時間延長越久,設備損壞越大。

  5、安裝時的氣流問題

  羅茨風機安裝:

  羅茨風機在出廠前是安裝好,只需要將進口消音器與入口相連,出口消音器與出口相連,再將出口消音器與管道相連即可。下面說說安裝注意事項:

  1、羅茨風機應安裝在地面結實堅固的場所,周圍應留有充分的余地,便于檢查、維護、保養。

  2、羅茨風機底座下應保持地基水平,底座四角處建議墊減震橡皮或用螺栓澆制安裝,確保羅茨風機運轉平穩,振動小。

  3、羅茨風機與系統的連接管道應密封可靠,對小真空泵可采用金屬管路連接密封墊采用耐油橡膠,對小羅茨風機可采用真空膠管連接,管道管徑不得小于羅茨風機吸氣口徑,且要求管路短而少彎頭。(焊接管路時應清除管道中焊渣,嚴禁焊渣進入真空泵腔。)

  4、在連接管路中,用戶可在羅茨風機進氣口上方安裝閥門及真空計,隨時可檢查羅茨風機的極限壓力。

  5、按電動機標牌規定連接電源,并接地線和安裝合適規格的熔斷器及熱繼電器。

  6、羅茨風機通電試運轉時,須取下電機皮帶,確認真空泵轉向符合規定方向方可投入使用,以羅茨風機反轉噴油。(轉向按防護罩指示方向)

  7、對于有冷卻水的羅茨風機,按規定接通冷卻水。

  8、如羅茨風機口安裝電磁閥時,閥與羅茨風機應同時動作。

  9、當羅茨風機排出氣體影響工作環境時,可在排氣口裝接管道引離或裝接油霧過濾器。

  羅茨風機的調試:

  羅茨風機調試分:點動調試、空載運行調試,全壓調試,全系統調試。

  1、點動調試是指在現場,將風機與系統完全脫離,斷開風機的進出風口管道連接。手動盤車,確認機體內部沒有卡頓后,啟動風機,隨后立即關閉,然后觀察風機的旋轉方向與機體標注的旋轉方向是否相同,如果不同,對于三相電機,交換任意兩相的電纜,重新連接即可。因為羅茨風機的結構,是不能反轉的。

  2、空載運行調試,是指在繼承上一步驟,確認風機旋轉方向正確的前提下,啟動風機,連續運行半小時,觀察風機的運行是否穩定,有無異常噪音、震動。

  3、全壓測試,是指在風機出口安裝一閥門(為避免噪聲,當在閥門后連接一消音器),啟動風機后,通過逐步關閉閥門,對風機施加模擬負載,直至風機壓力達到銘牌所示的壓力,隨后連續運行2小時左右,確保風機是否沒有異響,溫度穩定(風機加壓后溫度逐步上升,一般短則半小時,長則2小時,溫度趨于穩定停止上升,如繼續上升,多半存在問題),以及風機電流在銘牌所示范圍之內。

  4、全系統測試,是指將風機接入工作系統內,開始試運行,試運行當維持半小時以上。由于設計一般放有設計余量,故風機接入系統后,實際運行之壓力電流,都應當低于銘牌所示壓力,如出現超載工況則往往意味著選型失當,需要嚴格排查分析問題。

  The bearing temperature of the three leaf roots blower will also be affected by the external environment. In winter, the room temperature is low, and the three leaf roots blower operates well (when the room temperature is 5 ℃, the front bearing of the three leaf roots blower is about 80 ℃). In summer, when the room temperature reaches more than 30 ℃, the front bearing of the three leaf roots blower rises with the room temperature above the set trip temperature. In order to avoid tripping, the crew installed spray water on the casing to cool down as an emergency treatment method, but the sanitary condition during operation is poor.
