　　2008年上海瑞柘環保設備有限公司成立。

　　2010年在揚州地區成立揚州方舟環保設備有限公司作為生產羅茨風機、沉水風機、水泵等設備基地。

　　2016年公司全面升級為“上海瑞柘環保設備集團有限公司”。

　　2017年開設上海致淼環保咨詢公司為客戶提供環保設備的選型、定制、保養、售后等技術服務。

　　2020年公司公司生產基地“揚州方舟”在原羅茨風機基礎上研發了新型沉水式羅茨風機并申請了相關認證。

　　2021年公司為新研發的羅茨風機、水泵等相關產品申請了**11個。

　　In 2017, Shanghai Zhimiao environmental protection consulting company was established to provide customers with technical services such as selection, customization, maintenance and after-sales of environmental protection equipment.
