4.葉輪損壞
葉輪損壞風機卡死轉不動,這種故障我們很容易理解,葉輪與葉輪之間互相咬合,導致葉輪轉不動,這種故障需要對機殼進行拆卸檢查。
5.軸承損壞

7、鼓風機的軸承與齒輪采用飛濺潤滑,建議用N68-N150中極壓工業齒輪油用戶也可自行選用合適的潤滑油,須保證潤滑油與上述潤滑油性能相當以利于齒輪與軸承正常運行,油箱中的油量在停車時要保證在油標中線以上3—5mm 潤滑油要定期更換(**次啟動工作200小時、換**次油),以后每半年換油。注入新油前應用中性煤油把油箱和齒輪清洗干凈;
8、維護檢修應按具體使用情況擬定合理的維修制度,按期進行,并作好記錄,建議每年大修一次,并更換軸承和有關易損件。
