答:羅茨風機是空壓機嗎?關于這個問題,我個人認為羅茨風機不是空壓機,但在管道中增加儲氣罐后也可臨時用作空壓機使用!
空壓機:通常用作氣動機器或器具的動力源,一般氣壓較高,可達5kg/cm2--105kg/cm2,但風量較小;輸出空氣含有少量的油!
羅茨鼓風機:一般用作通風,輸氣;一般氣壓較低,風量較大。具有強制輸氣功能!輸出的空氣潔凈無油!
羅茨鼓風機與空壓機的區別如下:
1、一兩者都能產生壓力和流量,但用途卻不一樣;
2、羅茨鼓風機它的氣壓一般比較小(通常不會超過1kg/cm2),但它的流量比較足,所以通常用在污水或水處理系統,有些生產線上也會用到中,主要用于攪拌吹氣或吸氣。
3、而空氣壓縮機它所產生的氣壓比較高(一般都在7kg/cm2左右),主要用于驅動一些氣動設備等等。
4、羅茨鼓風機的壓力比較小而流量大。
5、空壓機的壓力可以大但流量小。 1Pa(帕斯卡): Pa=N/m^2 ,把G=9.8N/kg近似為10N/kg,那么1Kg相當于10N的壓力;又1MPa=1000000Pa;
所以P=1Kg/cm^2=10N/0.0001*m^2=10^5*N/m^2=0.1MPa
羅茨鼓風機是用來送風的,羅茨鼓風機利用三個葉形轉子在氣缸內作相對運動來壓縮和輸送氣體,也可用作真空泵。
空壓機是“空氣壓縮機”的簡稱,是產生壓縮空氣用的,可以產生高壓空氣。
羅茨風機風壓**一般是0.1MPa,而空壓機一般是0.6MPa。

工作原理:羅茨風機為容積式風機,輸送的風量與轉數成比例,三葉型葉輪每轉動一次由 2 個葉輪進行 3 次吸、排氣。風機2根軸上的葉輪與橢圓形殼體內孔面,葉輪端面和風機前后端蓋之間及風機葉輪之間者始終保持微小的間隙,在同步齒輪的帶動下風從風機進風口沿殼體內壁輸送到排出的一側。
羅茨鼓風機內腔不需要潤滑油,結構簡單,運轉平穩,性能穩定。
用途:羅茨風機廣泛應用于化工、冶煉、污水處理、水產養殖、輕工、礦山、塑料、食品、電力、造紙等,采用機械密封可輸送煤氣、石油天然氣、氫氣、一氧化碳、乙炔等;選用不銹鋼葉輪可輸送含水氯化氫、硫化氫等腐蝕性有毒氣體。在氰化提金過程中浸出崗位所用的空壓機能不能用羅茨風機來代替,這個問題其實也是比較復雜的,需要考慮的是使用狀況(使用負荷,氣象條件等),需要注意的是羅茨風機本身屬于高壓風機!
