羅茨風機的噪音來源主要是摩擦音與振動音!羅茨風機主機噪音的解決方法分別是在風機進出口加裝消音器,或單獨為風機加裝一個隔音罩隔音房!如果風機噪音不大,但是管道振動高產生了噪音困擾的!可以在風機消音器與管道之間加裝一個彈性軟接頭!從而減少羅茨風機的震動傳送到管道!
環形風機噪音大的處理方法
環形風機的噪音來源一般具有以下幾種情況:
因葉片回轉而產生噪音;
渦流產生噪音;
風道亂流而產生噪音;
風管外殼產生共振而發生噪音;
鼓風機以外引起的噪音;
