  First of all, several concepts should be understood. The pressure on the nameplate of Roots blower is the rated pressure, that is, the blower can provide a large maximum pressure, and the value of this pressure is proportional to the power of the supporting motor; On the other hand, the pressure displayed by the pressure gauge on the head of Roots blower during operation is the pressure in the pipeline. The value on this pressure gauge is equal to the pressure of your pipeline, which is directly proportional to the load of the pipeline.

  Secondly, the pressure of ordinary roots blower without frequency converter cannot be adjusted at will. The main reason is that the motor power of Roots blower is fixed, and the maximum rated power remains unchanged, so the pressure of Roots blower will not change.   2. Relationship between pressure and air volume

  The pressure of Roots blower has nothing to do with the air volume. The pressure rise of blower selection does not increase the air volume of the blower. The air volume of Roots blower is closely related to the rotating speed. The higher the rotating speed of the blower, the greater the air volume. Generally, the optimal maximum air volume and pressure of the cooling fan, that is, the air volume (maximum air volume) under the condition that there is no pressure difference between the air inlet and outlet of the fan, while the pressure difference (maximum static pressure) between the air chamber and the outside air under the condition that the air volume of the fan in the closed room is zero.
