羅茨風機為什么出來的是熱風

近日,我公司接到一客戶咨詢羅茨風機出氣溫度高怎么辦?為幫助客戶解決這個問題,工程師與技術部上門對該羅茨風機進行了排查!排查后,分析羅茨風機輸氣溫度高的原因是因為羅茨風機屬于強制運輸氣體設備。因為具有強制輸送性,所以一定會壓縮空氣,施加壓力減少空氣的過程會釋放出很多能量。能量就是熱量,不同型號的風機溫度上升程度不同,壓力就會增大高,溫度高,但壓縮比的影響,正常但是溫度上升了20攝氏度左右,為什么實際上溫度上升可能會超過20攝氏度。首先,風機可能有某些障礙,如機器摩擦,機械摩擦,會釋放出一定的熱量。如果排氣溫度進一步升高,嚴重的可能會超過110度。
其次,管道堵塞、管道堵塞導致超壓。增加熱量釋放,超壓是更危險的故障,風機的電機容易燒壞,也是羅茨風機溫度上升的影響因素。

2.進口溫度
輸送清潔空氣,進口溫度一般控制在40攝氏度以下,超過40攝氏度,對于普通風機的各個方面的性能要求較高,很難實現良好的輸送效果。特別是夏季高溫天氣,本身空氣進入風機管道時便帶有一定的溫度,經過壓縮后,溫度會更高一些!
3.正常風機的進口溫度
如果我們輸送清潔空氣,出口溫度盡量保持在100攝氏度以下,超過100攝氏度需要對油箱進行水冷,如果我們使用的風機,壓力很高,需要采用雙級串聯型風機,并需要加裝冷凝器來對空氣進行冷卻。這樣就可以解決羅茨風機輸出熱風的問題了!
4.高溫對風機的影響
高溫對風機的油箱、密封件、軸承等,都會產生影響,嚴重可能導致風機無法工作,在每天檢查的工作內容中,風機機體溫度、軸承溫度、油箱溫度,都需要進行檢查,并做好每天的記錄工作。根據風機工作強度,適當提前進行相應配件的更換!

Different types of fans have different degrees of temperature rise, so the pressure will increase and the temperature will be high. But the compression ratio is normal, but the temperature has increased by about 20 degrees Celsius. Why in fact the temperature rise may exceed 20 degrees Celsius. First of all, the fan may have some obstacles, such as machine friction, which will release a certain amount of heat. If the exhaust temperature rises further, it may seriously exceed 110 degrees.

1. Forced delivery of gas
When roots blower is conveying gas, it needs to carry out forced compression on the blower. When selecting the blower, there is a pressure parameter, such as 39kpa. When roots blower is compressing air, the maximum pressure it can bear is 39kpa. When the pressure of the front pipe reaches 39kpa, the blower can overcome the pressure and operate normally. Forced compressed air operation will inevitably generate heat, so the gas output by roots blower has a certain temperature.
2. Inlet temperature
When transporting clean air, the inlet temperature is generally controlled below 40 degrees Celsius and above 40 degrees Celsius, which requires high performance in all aspects of ordinary fans, so it is difficult to achieve good transmission effect. Especially in high temperature weather in summer, the air itself will have a certain temperature when it enters the fan pipe. After compression, the temperature will be higher!
3. Inlet temperature of normal fan
If we deliver clean air, the outlet temperature should be kept below 100 ℃. If it exceeds 100 ℃, the oil tank needs to be cooled. If the fan we use has a high pressure, we need to use a two-stage series fan and install a condenser to cool the air. In this way, the problem of hot air output from roots blower can be solved!
4. Influence of high temperature on fan
High temperature will have an impact on the oil tank, seals, bearings, etc. of the fan, which may cause the fan to fail to work seriously. In the work content of daily inspection, the fan body temperature, bearing temperature and oil tank temperature need to be checked and recorded every day. According to the working intensity of the fan, replace the corresponding accessories appropriately in advance!
