　　加注方法：用油脂槍加油脂到規定量。(添加油脂要在剛停機后進行)補充油脂到完畢后運行15分鐘，確認多余的油脂從風機端蓋的放油槽中流出。停機后擦掉多余的油脂。

　　一般的羅茨風機的使用條件有以下幾點：

　　1.進口氣體溫度不大于35℃ 。

　　2.氣體中固體微粒含量不大于100m3，微塵**顆粒尺寸應不大于0.05毫米。

　　3.煤氣的含煤焦油指標應符合TJ28-78城市煤氣規范設計的規定 。

　　4.軸承溫度**不超過85℃ 。

　　5.潤滑油溫度**不超過65℃ 。

　　6.風機上的所示壓力不得超過標牌所規定的升壓范圍，否則必須停車檢查系統中進口是否堵塞，進排氣口閥門是否全部關閉，風機中的靜動件是否發生摩擦等其他一些問題，并采取相應措施。

　　二、檢查羅茨鼓風機固定螺栓

　　1.檢查各部位的緊固情況及定位銷是否有松動現象;

　　2.羅茨鼓風機機體內部是否有漏水、漏油現象;

　　3.羅茨鼓風機機體內部不能有結構、生銹和剝落現象存在;

　　4、請確保風機房空氣流通順暢、降溫措施完備，注意風機房的清潔工作，以免由于風機吸入灰塵太多而堵塞進氣過濾消聲器或卡死風機。則必須定期清洗過濾器內的濾芯(海綿或過濾無防材料)和進氣消聲器內的灰垢，無法清洗或清洗不干凈時請及時更換空氣過濾器濾芯。
