水泵不上水的原因有可能是用戶未正確安裝使用

水泵不上水的原因可能是客戶沒有正確組裝和使用。合適的組裝操作方法是,水泵吸水管必須在水庫底部安裝底部閥門。運行前,所有泵殼和進水管必須充滿油水,運行前必須關閉出水閥。水泵運行后,可以逐步打開出水閥,每臺離心泵根據型號和規格的不同自吸式特性存在差異。在選擇時,我們必須清楚地了解每個單極離心泵的型號和規格的汽蝕余量,以了解離心泵的合理自吸高度。

水泵不上水的四種緣故,離心水泵不出水的因素具體有下面那些原因:
一、水泵轉速比過低
(1)人為的要素。有一部分客戶因正時電動機毀壞,就隨便加上另一臺電機推動,結論造成了總流量小、水泵揚程低乃至不上水的不良影響。
(2)發動機檢修不靈敏。電機因繞阻損壞,而退磁,維修中繞阻線圈匝數、電纜線徑、電線接法的更改,或維修中常見故障未完全清除要素也會使水泵轉速比更改。
(3)離心式水泵自身的設備故障。離心葉輪與泵軸擰緊螺帽松動或泵軸形變彎折,導致離心葉輪多移,立即與泵殼摩擦,或滾動軸承損壞,都是有很有可能減少水泵的轉速比。
二、水泵進水管和泵身體有氣體

(4)水泵運行前未注滿充足的水,有時候看起來灌的水已從出氣孔外溢,但未旋轉泵軸交氣體充分排出來,造成少量氣體殘存在進水管或泵殼中。
(5)進水管彎頭處發生裂縫,進水管與水泵相接處發生細微的縫隙,都是有很有可能使氣體進到進水管。
三、水泵流水的進出水口中的摩擦阻力損害太大

四、水泵吸程很大
一些水資源較深,很多水資源的外部地形較平整處,而忽略了離心泵的容許吸程,因此產生了吸濕少或壓根吸不上水的結論。要知道水泵吸濕口可認創建的真空值是有程度的,肯定真空泵的吸程約為10米水柱高,而離心泵不太可能創建肯定的真空泵。并且真空值太大,易使泵里的水汽化,對水泵工作中不好。因此各離心泵都是有其較大允許吸程,一般在3-8.5米間。組裝水泵時切勿貪圖便捷簡易。
五.其他要素的干擾
(1)底閥無法打開。通常是因為離心泵閑置時間太長,底閥密封圈被粘住,無密封圈的底閥可能會銹死。
(2)出入口管路的泄露也會危害提水流量。
(3)截止閥可逆止閥有常見故障或阻塞會導致總流量減少乃至抽不上水。
(4)底閥過濾裝置網被阻塞;或底閥潛在性水里淤泥層中導致過濾網阻塞。
(5)離心葉輪進水管及過流道阻塞
水泵不上水的也可能是下列四種緣故:
1、水泵滲水處的閘閥并沒有打開,或是閥門被臟物阻塞,造成水泵不上水;
2、水泵翻轉造成不上水,或是排水口阻塞,造成水泵不上水;
3、泵身體的離心葉輪爆出或是發生毀壞,造成水泵不上水;
4、水泵并沒有做到需要的數據流量和水泵揚程,造成水泵不上水。

The reason why the unipolar pump can not pump water in application may also be that the pump chamber, centrifugal impeller, bottom valve, pipe and other areas are blocked by dirt. If the single pole centrifugal pump is sealed, water seepage will also cause the problem that the centrifugal pump cannot pump water. The reason why the newly installed centrifugal pump can not pump water may also be that the motor has been turned into an error. If it has been turned into an error, the power must be cut off and shut down, and then any two power plugs can be replaced again.

There are four reasons why the pump does not supply water. The specific reasons why the centrifugal pump does not supply water are as follows:
1、 Pump speed ratio too low
(1) Human factors. Some customers randomly add another motor to drive because the timing motor is damaged. The conclusion is that the total flow is small, the pump lift is low, and even there is no water supply.
(2) The engine maintenance is not sensitive. The motor is demagnetized due to winding resistance damage, and the change of winding resistance coil turns, cable diameter and wire connection method during maintenance, or the common faults in maintenance are not completely removed, will also change the pump speed ratio.
(3) Equipment failure of centrifugal water pump itself. Loose tightening nuts between the centrifugal impeller and the pump shaft or deformation and bending of the pump shaft lead to excessive displacement of the centrifugal impeller, immediate friction with the pump housing, or damage to the rolling bearing, which is likely to reduce the speed ratio of the water pump.
2、 There is gas in the water inlet pipe of the pump and the pump body
The reason why the single pole centrifugal pump can not supply water also leads to the fact that the self-priming height of the inlet pipe exceeds the reasonable self-priming height of the centrifugal pump. If the self-priming height of the single pole centrifugal pump is within 3 meters, it should be replaced with a self-priming centrifugal pump or a high suction lift self-priming pump assisted by a vacuum pump. (2) The filling material of the multi-level centrifugal water pump has been damaged for a long time or the filling material is too loose, resulting in a lot of water gushing out from the gap between the filling material and the pump shaft coupling. As a result, external gas enters the internal structure of the water pump from this gap, affecting the water pumping.
(3) The horizontal section of the water inlet pipe in contact with the water pump shall use a sliding gradient of more than 0.5% against the water flow direction, and the one end between the inlet of the connecting water pump is the maximum, which does not need to be completely leveled. If it is upturned, gas will be left in the water inlet pipe, which reduces the vacuum value in the water pipe and water pump and endangers moisture absorption.
(4) The water pump is not filled with sufficient water before operation. Sometimes it seems that the filled water has overflowed from the air outlet, but the gas at the pump shaft is not fully discharged, resulting in a small amount of gas remaining in the water inlet pipe or pump shell.
(5) Cracks occur at the elbow of the water inlet pipe, and small cracks occur at the connection between the water inlet pipe and the water pump, which are likely to make the gas enter the water inlet pipe.
3、 The friction resistance damage in the inlet and outlet of water pump is too large
Through accurate measurement, some customers have found that although the distance between the water storage tank or the water pool and the water resources river surface is slightly lower than the lift of the centrifugal pump, the water lifting flow is small or cannot be lifted. The reason is that the pipeline is too long, the drainage pipe turns too much, and the resistance damage of running water in the pipeline is too great. Generally, the friction resistance of 90 degree elbow is greater than that of 120 degree elbow. 4、 Large suction lift of water pump
Some water resources are deep, and the external terrain of many water resources is relatively flat, and the allowable suction range of the centrifugal pump is ignored. Therefore, the conclusion that there is little moisture absorption or there is no water at all can be absorbed. It is necessary to know that the vacuum value created by the water pump's hygroscopic port can be recognized to have a certain degree. It is certain that the suction lift of the vacuum pump is about 10m water column high, while the centrifugal pump is unlikely to create a certain vacuum pump. And the vacuum value is too large, which is easy to vaporize the water in the pump, which is bad for the work of the pump. Therefore, each centrifugal pump has a large allowable suction lift, generally between 3-8.5m. When assembling the water pump, do not covet convenience and simplicity.
V Interference from other elements
(1) The bottom valve cannot be opened. Usually, because the centrifugal pump is idle for too long, the sealing ring of the bottom valve is stuck, and the bottom valve without sealing ring may rust.
(2) Leakage of inlet and outlet pipelines will also endanger the water lifting flow.
(3) The common failure or blockage of the stop valve reversible check valve will reduce the total flow and even fail to pump water.
(4) The bottom valve filter screen is blocked; Or the bottom valve may block the filter screen due to the potential sludge layer in the water.
(5) The inlet pipe and passage of centrifugal impeller are blocked
There are also four reasons why the water pump fails to supply water:
1. The gate valve at the water seepage point of the water pump was not opened, or the valve was blocked by dirt, causing the water pump not to supply water;
2. The water pump fails to supply water due to overturning, or the water outlet is blocked, causing the water pump to fail to supply water;
3. The centrifugal impeller of the pump body explodes or is damaged, causing the pump not to supply water;
4. Pump did not achieve required data flow and pump lift, resulting in pump not filling water.
