軸流風機和離心風機是風機大類里面兩種不同的產品,主要功能也都是對環境內空氣進行通風換氣的設備,作為非專業消費者,如果不知道軸流風機和離心風機的區別,盲目草率的買錯了產品,肯定是達不到預期的效果,那么軸流風機和離心風機究竟如何區分呢?

一、離心風機的工作原理
離心風機是根據動能轉換為勢能的原理,利用高速旋轉的葉輪將氣體加速,然后減速、改變流向,使動能轉換成勢能(壓力)。在單級離心風機中,氣體從軸向進入葉輪,氣體流經葉輪時改變成徑向,然后進入擴壓器。
在擴壓器中,氣體改變了流動方向并且管道斷面面積增大使氣流減速,這種減速作用將動能轉換成壓力能。壓力增高主要發生在葉輪中,其次發生在擴壓過程。在多級離心風機中,用回流器使氣流進入下一葉輪,產生更高壓力。
二、軸流風機的工作原理
當葉輪旋轉時,氣體從進風口軸向進入葉輪,受到葉輪上葉片的推擠而使氣體的能量升高,然后流入導葉。導葉將偏轉氣流變為軸向流動,同時將氣體導入擴壓管,進一步將氣體動能轉換為壓力能,**引入工作管路。
軸流式風機葉片的工作方式與飛機的機翼類似。但是,后者是將升力向上作用于機翼上并支撐飛機的重量,而軸流式風機則固定位置并使空氣移動。

Axial flow fan blades work in a similar way to the wings of an aircraft. However, the latter acts the lift upward on the wing and supports the weight of the aircraft, while the axial flow fan fixes the position and moves the air.
The cross section of axial flow fan is generally wing section. The blade can be fixed in position or rotated about its longitudinal axis.
