　　羅茨鼓風機的使用維護及保養

　　(1)所輸送氣體如含有雜質，必須預先加以凈化，以免損壞零件及轉子平衡。

　　(2)檢查風機管道的安裝是否符合要求，風機主軸的轉向是否正確。

　　(3)檢查稀油站與鼓風機、與高位油箱、與儀表盤及電器控制柜的連接是否正確，向稀油站油箱注人適量的32號或46號潤滑油。

　　(4)先啟動稀油站，查看潤滑油是否足量連續地達到鼓風機左、右軸承位，確信潤滑油已達到鼓風機左、右軸承位后，再啟動電機(若電機軸承為滑動軸承，還必須保證潤滑油足量連續地達到電機軸承位后方能啟動電機)。

　　(5)開車前必須關閉進風口(或出風口閥門)，開車后逐漸打開，一直調到所需工況，但不得超過電機負荷。

　　(6)鼓風機運轉時要注意風機和電機內部應無異響，是否漏油，是否有過大振動，軸承溫升是否過高，電機電流是否過大，地腳松動等不正?，F象，如果有上述現象應及時停車排除。

　　(7)不允許鼓風機在性能不穩定的喘振區域工作。

　　(8)應定期清除聚集在轉子部分的氣體雜質和污垢，以免影響轉子平衡產生振動。

　　(9)拆卸轉子須將機殼中分面及軸承上蓋拆開后整體吊出，檢查葉輪、葉片表面、密封圈、軸襯等零部件磨損情況，檢查葉輪鉚釘有無松脫，潤滑系統是否可靠，以及管道接頭有無滲漏。清除風機流道內積留的灰塵和油污。檢查期限應根據情況擬訂，但每年不得少于兩次，每次檢查應特別仔細，并做好記錄。

　　(10)鼓風機長期不使用時，就定期將轉子旋轉120℃或180%，以防主軸彎曲。

　　(11)拆換軸承箱軸承時，應注意軸承裝配位置，并按原位置裝好。

　　(12)葉輪輪毅端面與密封條應保持間隙為0.07-0.巧mm，葉輪進口圈外面與密封條的間隙為0.1一0.2mm，間隙過大會產生泄漏。

If there are such abnormal phenomena, stop the machine in time to eliminate them.

　　(7) the blower is not allowed to work in the surge area with unstable performance.

　　(8) the gas impurities and dirt accumulated in the rotor should be removed regularly to avoid affecting the balance of the rotor and causing vibration.
