  羅茨風機型號及選型參數表

  羅茨風機是容積式風機的一種,有兩個三葉葉輪在由機殼和墻板密封的空間中相對轉動,由于每個葉輪都是采用漸開線,或是外擺線的包絡線,每個葉輪的三個葉片是完全相同的,同時兩個葉輪也是完全相同的,這樣就大大降低了加工難度。葉輪在加工時采用數控設備,確保了兩個葉輪在中心距不變情況下,不管兩個葉輪旋轉到什么位置,都能保持一定的極小間隙,從而確保氣體的泄露在允許范圍內。兩個葉輪相向轉動,由于葉輪與葉輪、葉輪與機殼、葉輪與墻板之間的間隙極小,從而使進氣口形成了真空狀態,空氣在大氣壓的作用下進入進氣腔,然后,每個葉輪的其中兩個葉片與墻板、機殼構成了一個密封腔,進氣腔的空氣在葉輪轉動的過程中,被兩個葉片所形成密封腔不斷地帶到排氣腔,又因為排氣腔內的葉輪是相互嚙合的,從而把兩個葉片之間的空氣擠壓出來,這樣連續不停的運轉,空氣就源源不斷地從進氣口輸送到出氣口,這就是羅茨風機的整個工作過程。

  羅茨鼓風機與其它類型的鼓風機相比較,有如下優點,

  1) 在很寬的壓力范圍內(10?10-2Torr),具有穩定的大抽速,能迅速排出突然放出的氣體,彌補了油封機械泵和擴散泵的不足,很適宜作機械增壓泵之用。在有水封或油封的情況下,能直排大氣抽真空,也適宜作大抽速的粗鼓風機。

  2)設計先進,結構合理,轉子間及轉子與泵體間均有間隙,互不接觸,不用潤滑,摩擦損失小,可用較低的動力獲得較大的抽速,有顯著的節能效果。

  3)轉子有良好的幾何對稱性,工作平穩,能用提高轉速的辦法獲得大抽速,從而做到結構緊湊、體積小、重量輕。

  4)泵腔內不發生氣體壓縮,加之運動件之間有間隙,對抽吸氣體中的灰塵和水蒸汽不敏感,因此可抽出可凝性蒸汽。

  5)泵腔內運動件無需用油潤滑,能避免油蒸汽對真空系統的污染,有利于獲得無油真空。

  6)無需進排氣閥,結構簡單,噪聲較低,泵腔內運動件互不接觸,不易損壞,維護費用低。

羅茨風機

  羅茨風機是一種雙葉輪同步壓縮機械,每個三葉型轉子用兩個軸承支承,利用一對同步齒輪,使兩個轉子的相對位置始終保持不變。屬容積式鼓風機,具有強制輸氣特征。三葉羅茨風機作為回轉式機械,具有比較穩定的工作特性,三葉羅茨風機轉子與轉子、轉子與泵體、轉子與側蓋之間都有微小間隙,因而工作腔內沒有摩擦,無接觸磨損部分;羅茨風機經濟耐用,無需潤滑,使用壽命長,動力平衡性好。運轉一周有六次吸排氣過程,容積效率高。結構簡單,使用維護方便,不需要內部潤滑,輸送的介質不含油等特點。泵轉子的支承采用了可靠的消隙結構,轉動部件作細致的動平衡,并采用高精度的斜齒輪,因此,運行平穩,噪聲低,使用更加可靠,可在高壓差下長期運行。

  Roots Blower
